I believe people are resourceful and capable to discover their own answers, to consciously design their own destiny and enrich their career. My coaching is a tool that supports self-awareness - a powerful intervention that enables growth and change, empowering individuals to success - whether this is a career transition, making an impact in a new role, maximising performance, improving relationships, or reaching their full potential. My coaching provides a reflective, supportive and thought-provoking space in which to grow.
A typical Coaching Programme would include:
- A chemistry meeting (to help decide if you want to go ahead)
- A pre-meeting with the coach and their line manager to align goals
- Between four to six 121 sessions over a period of time
- If applicable a mid-way and post-meeting with the coachee and their manager to provide a touch point for progress
